Simplifying the global hiring process with automation
Despite the endless benefits of global employment, there are still employers avoiding international hiring because of the process involved. But companies greatly reduce their chances of finding the best person for the job when they restrict themselves by geographic boundaries.
To help, we’re automating the most challenging steps of the global employment process. Automated Global Hiring allows you to:
- Add a new Team Member: Kick off the hiring process with a little help from Pearl, the virtual hiring assistant. Pearl will provide intelligent suggestions for statutory, recommended, and best-in-class options for employment terms. The information you share here will form the basis of the employment agreement.
- Onboard new Team Members: Invite new Team Members to the Oyster platform to provide additional information and upload their documents. This information will also be automatically pulled into the employment agreement.
- Review and sign agreements: View and verify the automated agreements together will your new Team Member. Eventually, both parties will be able to sign within the Oyster platform.

Set permissions to collaborate securely

Managing the admin of a growing global workforce certainly isn’t a one-person job. But for security reasons, you might be a bit hesitant to give your entire team full Admin access to your Oyster account.
One of your users might only need to approve time off and expense requests, while another may need added permissions to access payroll data or personal information. Each member of your team has different roles and responsibilities, and therefore requires different permissions.
That’s why we created a new permission level that will be available to you soon! The Manager role allows you to easily set manager-level permissions to action time-off and expense requests—so your team can work together, securely.
