Who is the People Builders community for?
People Builders is an exclusive community for a select group of People leaders and senior professionals of the People/HR function. We are a tight-knit community, and we carefully curate our membership to ensure that everyone brings unique and relevant perspectives and experiences to the table.
Commonly, Heads and VPs of People, Directors of Talent, and Senior People Partners join the community coming from all types of industries, company sizes, and locations searching for the tools, resources, and support that will help them successfully lead their hybrid or remote organizations.
What can I expect from People Builders?
Members get to meet, exchange, and learn from one another during virtual workshops and collective brainstorming sessions. They also get the chance to share and co-create open-source assets such as playbooks, templates, and frameworks to support the People function of distributed organizations.
