Salary Insights Tool is out of beta

Starting April 1, 2024, Oyster’s Salary Insights Tool will go out of beta and transition to a paid subscription priced at US$3,500 per year. With this self-serve tool, you can instantly access low, mid, and high salary data for specific roles based on location. It's your key to creating competitive offers and attracting top global talent.

Oyster’s equity solution now available in 42 countries

We’re excited to share that we’ve expanded the country coverage for our equity solution from 14 to 42 supported countries to help you grant equity to more Oyster team members.

Automatic contract changes through your HRIS integrations

Amend team member contracts in just two clicks by automatically syncing data from your HRIS tool to Oyster.

Avoid double entry, eliminate errors, and save time: Make job title and salary changes in your HRIS tool—Workday, Hibob, or BambooHR—and find the updates automatically pulled into Oyster.

Send updated agreements pronto: Process the contract change and send the amended agreement to your team member—in just a few minutes.

What else is new?

Enhanced time-off reports: Time-off reports now include a detailed view of a team member’s carryover days. These reports can be easily accessed and downloaded from the Oyster platform by customer admins, team managers, and time-off admins.

Half-day vacation restrictions: There are several countries where half-day time off is not legally permitted. To ensure compliance, team members in these countries are now unable to request half-day vacation. The impacted countries are Brazil, Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Poland, Romania, and Sweden.
