Exciting news! Our beta version of the salary insights tool is here to transform the way you approach compensation. Say goodbye to the struggle of determining salary figures for specific roles, levels, and locations. With this self-serve tool, you can instantly access low, mid, and high salary data. New HRIS Integrations: Auto sync records and streamline time off management

With our new Hibob and Workday integrations, time off requests will be synced automatically to Oyster, including any updates to existing requests. You can now auto sync essential fields such as name and job title from your HRIS platform to Oyster's hiring form. Additionally, you can auto update relevant details in Oyster after the employee is engaged, ensuring that your records are always up-to-date.

Parting ways with Team Members is never easy, especially for global companies like yours. Good thing Oyster takes the stress out of offboarding. Now you can begin offboarding in minutes, gain visibility through the entire process, and stay compliant effortlessly.

  1. Initiate offboarding fast: Access the offboarding request form in the platform and easily transfer Team Member information from their profile. It only takes a few minutes!
  2. Stay informed: While we manage Team Member offboarding, you can monitor the progress and next steps directly in the platform.
  3. Ensure compliance: Our request form guides you through the process of collecting the necessary information. Plus, you’ll have our expert team double check your documents to ensure maximum compliance.

What else is new?

🏃 New hiring automation updates: E-signature via DocuSign is now available in multiple countries! Say hello to e-sign and automated agreements in Canada and France, with more countries being added frequently. Hire at speed and with ease.
