    Progress despite headwinds

While the current macroenvironment brought challenges, we have lots of exciting things to share—including successes, new insights, and stories of experimentation.

In this report, we break down our impact into two buckets: external and internal. Externally, we explored our impact on people (job seekers, their families, and communities), the environment, and the broader employment system. Internally, we’re focused on what some call environmental, social, and governance (ESG). This includes working conditions for our teams, our environmental footprint, and governance structure.
