The Oyster Support team serves both Customers and Team Members by promptly resolving issues and answering questions within 2 business days. To request support, just log into your account, choose Support Center from the main navigation, then click Submit a request in the top right corner.
Our automated platform is supported by our in-house legal team that partners with leading local experts in employment and IP law. Local HR business partners are assigned for country-specific questions, so that you can expect a compliant and efficient employment experience.
The Oyster Customer Experience team is specialized by domain to ensure deep expertise for every stage of the employment lifecycle. Each Team Member will have a dedicated Hiring Success Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. After that, Customers and Team Members will have access to specialized support teams for support regarding payroll, benefits, ongoing HR and People operations issues, and offboarding. You’ll also have access to our Customer Success team to ensure you receive the full value of your partnership with Oyster.
When dealing with contractor conversion, entity migration, or other complex global employment scenarios, the Oyster team builds a project plan and consults you throughout the process. We always look beyond transactions and checklists to help you explore all areas that take your global talent strategy to the next level.
