  1. Meet with the Oyster team to receive guidance on what types of information you need to collect from your current provider. 
  2. Let your provider know that you want to make the switch and collect the above information. 
  3. Communicate the transition with your team. (We’ll provide resources on all the benefits to them!)
  4. Prepare for the transition with the Oyster team. This includes mapping out contract terms and onboarding details. We can also meet for a Q&A session to answer any final questions. 
  5. Kickstart the onboarding process. Don’t worry, your Oyster hiring success team has this covered. 
  6. Receive a check in from Oyster to ensure you’re set up for success!
